Errors creating new Toons

I have been unable to get ahold of any live bodies at tech support. The online chat thingy never connects.

Maybe some of you fine ppl here can answer my question.

on my second acct I have two or three active toons...I was trying the other day to make a new toon and all went well. I logged in and right before my feet hit the ground I would get this error msg in a pop up window:

RUNTIME ERROR
MICROSOFT C ++ VIRTUAL LIBRARY
C:PROGRAMS\.....\ TURBINE
ASHERSONS CALL\ACCLIENT.EXE

I am using WIN XP
plenty of ram and big harddrive.
I am not using decal or other third party add-ons.

The other three characters do not do this..

Not sure on this one. It could be that something just messed up when you created the charecter. Have you ever been able to log it in?

It kinda sounds like the information for that charecter is corrupt and the easiest fix is probably to delete it again and try it over. See what happens.

I will try to create a new charecter on one of my accounts and see what happens. Then at least we wil know if it's a game issue for everyone or just for you.

I just created a new charecter with no problem.

Try remaking the charecter if that is still an option. It could be the data on it was corrupted somehow.
