Can't enter A portal.

I can't seem to enter the black spear temple upper levels portal. The NPC in Sanamar just tells me to basically Finnish the quest. The error says "can not move object" when I try to use it. So it probably not quest related. I need help because the rest of the faction quest depend on doing this one.

As far as completing the quest, I have no good options for you. You should monitor this thread and other one for a response from Turbine. You can use ingame support - Urgent Assistance in the hope that an Enovy will come and can allow you to continue.
