I need help getting past the blue bar entry screen!

I get to the main screen that says "Asheron's Call". The blue bar on the left loads all the way ok, but when the right side starts loading at 1% it gives an error:

"acclient has encountered a problem and needs to close"

What can I do to get past or fix this ??

I am using a standard modem and router, the Microsoft firewall is turned off.

Even though I had excpetions set in my firewall, I had to disable my firewall to get past things.

I hope to do some more testing this weekend, but so far that worked for me. Being behid a router I wasn't too worried about disabling my firewall.
