Delete Character trouble

I am not able to delete any characters on any server. I hit delete then the popup window comes up and I type in the character's name and hit done. The window goes away and nothing happens. I have tried several times on different servers. Is this a thing that a firewall could block? I personally dont see how but thought i would ask.

They changed that. Type DELETE instead of the characters name when that window comes up
