Has anyone seen the 3rd movie to this 'series'? I just got back from the threatres and I gotta say that this is the best one out of all of the others. The ending leaves you wondering on how Saw IV will end up and the end (to the third) was sort of a shock.

Btw, don't bring your kids. There's alot of gruesome scenes in the film just like the first and second Saw.

Yeah, seen it last weekend, and I thought part II and III were both bad. There wont be a IV, since this time, both psycho's were killed. Did also catch the preview to Hostel II and that one looks better. I'm waiting for November 17-19's 8 movies to die for Horrorfest coming out nationwide. Curious as to why they are being released in november though, kinda weird. The movie to catch in December, will be Eragon.

Yeah we saw the Hostel preview and the 8 movies to die for preview - we're planning on going to the 8 movies one :D. Btw, Saw IV is in the works - there will be one whether or not the guy died (sorry, spoiler). They never mentioned what happened to John's daughter and John himself.

LoL!!! He was supposed to have died in part II, but (surprise?) they brought him back in part III, now in part III, he got his throat sliced by a Mikita skill saw, and he's coming back in part IV? Disney must be making that one, lol. (smack for the spoiler) but yeah, stoked about the 8 movies horrorfest this month, just over 16 hours of movies in 1 weekend, glad my theatre sells coffee, wewt! :D

Our sells coffee too (thank goodness). In my opinion he's not coming back in IV and instead Jeff's daughter will come back and play a roll in the movie. I can bet ya that Amanda and Jigsaw are dead for sure but someone else will 'carry the torch' of course or else there wouldn't be another Saw movie. Jeff or Jeff's daughter will play a roll in the next one - that's my theory.

I didn't think it was that good, first is probably still the best in my book.

I liked the 3rd better than the first 2. Although the first one did start it off very well, i didnt like the acting of the main doctor guy so much and it was alittle slow for my taste.

The second oen was very well done with the traps and what not but something about it still had the "Cheery" feel to it, and since i like my slaher/gore movies it didnt stick as much...as the needles *things that make you go "Buuuuuh"*

The 3rd one on the other hand although i didnt care much for the first test the rest of it went extremely well in my book. The acting was great the story still was fluent just like the first few and the traps still original (btw they were real working and had to work on the timing especially on the "crucifix" cause it was hurting hte actors 4 reeeeeeelz)

long story short, very good movie.

Anyone catch the previews to The Return? Yet another spook movie about a small town in Texas, (think Texas Chain Saw Massacre, The Town that Dreaded Sundown...etc.) It looks interesting, starts this friday, but I dont care how many splatter movies hail from that state, the scariest thing to come from there yet, cannot be surpassed, (Bush) but thats another topic, :p
