Cant Access Authentication Server

I'm doing the free 14 day trail and whenever I try logging onto the launcher and click next..it pops up "Can't Access Authentication Server", What should I do? I turned off my firewall so it can go thur, but its still not working:eek:

I'm not sure of trial account process but I get this when I've typed either an invalid user name or password. In other words it can't find the account. Have you created a new AC account?
