Add a bar to a town that doesn't have one already.

This bar will be a big bingo hall/parlor with x amount of tables and chairs.

First person at the table sets the minimum buy in.

Holt Politician sets table at 25 MMD buy in.
7 other people sit at the table.

Game starts.

NPC that sells tradenotes, buys peas, and etc would be nearby.

Sounds like fun. I would love for the casinos to have something more than just a NPC trade token for random gift. It is a game of chance, but there is NO skill involved. Make it so if you were more skillful, your chances of winning would go up.
