I figured that it might be a good idea to post all my n00b questions on the n00b help board, rather than bug the hell out of all the vets in game, so here goes.
1. Is there a website with a list of dungeons/hunting spot based on level? This is probably my biggest concern, becasue I suck at finding good places to level.
2. So I hear atlan weapon and greater shadow armor suck now, are there an replacements? And what I mean by this is there any cool and fun quests you can go on? I'm a big quest guy, and when I first played AC I couldn't get enough of the quests that gave you cool weapons armor, such as the atlan weapons, the glowy blue weapons, the glowy green weapons, the hollow weapons, and so on.
3. Is it better to put my exp into my attributes or into my skills or a little bit of both? I can't for the life of me remember if it was better to dump exp into attributes, or directly into skills or both, and well I'd really like to know.
Well that does it for now, i'd just like say thanks in advance for all help given, and if anyone wants to hook up and n00bout, my char's name is Tigerheart on leafcull.

Ok Bloodwolf,,
I will try to answer some of your questions.
1. There are several websites where you can find this info. An useful one is ACMaps. This site does not show the content of the quests, just the maps and selected on level http://www.acmaps.com/.
On our own website we have made a selection of the most wanted quests, sorted by level http://67.15.207.31/~crimson/forum/index.php?showtopic=9296
2. GSA is nice but not the best anymore. There is better armor to found in quests, but the best armor is imo looted and tinkered armor.
3. You should put exp in attributes and skills. As you know attributes influence the numbers in skills. So look what fits best (cost of exp).
Hope this helps. Have fun.

What type of character are you playing?
the aegis shield is a decent quest that you could solo around 40 in an hour if buffed with 7s, maybe be a bit higher level if self buffing/using clothing for pros. oh and it glows in many colours that you can pick from!
I don't know of any quest weapons that really meet todays standards for leveling.
I don't know if i should just point you at the leveling treadmill that wouldn't be so nice since you like questing. (phyntos menace/tuskers/olthoi/fiuns with help to 50, fiuns, eaters, viss/eo/potb/di) it's really streamlined now if you just want high xp, very few dungeons to visit during your lifetime.

Thank you both for responses I really appreciate it. And while I do enjoy questing, I also wouldn't mind learning about this leveling treadmill thing. I tend to usually grind/powerlevel, and then go on quests when I get tired of the grind, then go back to the grind etc.
Also I forgot to mention I'm an extreme melee UA spec.

Ok i'll use the acmaps site for help.
There is a quest in lin that asks you to kill 500 tusker guards. if you have a fire or pierce rend weapon you could do this in 4-5 hours probably. You would want to go to "tusker island" and to the tusker barracks. This has you working on a quest while in a grinding spot. It wouldn't be as much xp as fiun with help but it suits your template more. I think the dungeon might be buffbot based. At very least you would want blugeon protection and banes as well armor(the life magic spell) and impenetrability on your armor. If you went here at 40 you'd be in the low 40s still when you finish the quest but the quest xp would make you 49 or 50.

Abayar's laboratory, just called fiuns on most servers. You should be fine here at 50+ with a fire or cold weapon(lightning might work too), you can hunt here lower with a higher level helping you. This is the most xp you could possibly make <50 and the best you can do by your own means above it.

Being that you are melee spec 90+ eaters might be better than fiun(which has a 90+ section). These don't use magic to attack. You would want a slash rending weapon i think. bludgeon might work equally.

more eaters until 125,130, or 140. I don't know if people hunt the level 125 version of the dungeon.

between 130 and 150 the high level hunting options open up to you. This is also where you can start making great xp outside.

*Takes notes* Thank you that is exactly what I was looking for, and I will definetly use all of that. The only question I have left is, my char is currently lvl 22, where should I grind/hunt till I'm lvl 40 and can do the tusker stuff and then move on?

Look at the olthoi pincer quests. The low level ones are not on the plateau and you start out killing bugs. Then move up to the Olthoi Arcade when you are ready.

Actually the olthoi arcade is where I leveled up from 5 to 22. And the people I talked to in game said that the olthoi arcade was good till about lvl 20. Unless there is another olthoi arcade you're talking about? The one hunted in was just outside of redspire.

there are deeper portals in arcade but that might be 30+
try the matron hive in the town of nanto(right in the middle of town somewhere)
20+ olthoi dungeon, there are also ones at 40,60,80 in different towns.
Unless you have friends or a helper i don't think you can kill the matron at the bottom(too much health regain)
Also there are tusker tusks and the dungeons they are in, every 5 or 10 levels.
matron hive you can portal tie/recall to, the tusker dungeons you can't.
tusker island - stationary portals to the temples to enter it, decent xp, but mostly a gateway dungeon to get onto the island. 1-20,20-40,40+ look up tusker temple on acmaps or jackcat, 40+ you might want help to get. Also you can use gems that are gotten by doing the tusk quest which are like pincers(run to bottom of the dungeon and loot it)

Actually, best to do the tusker kill quest in BSD where you can get in at a younger age.....(Black Spawn Den, outside Ayan)
