Quest log/Journal?

Hi Guys, brand spanking new myself so I'm flyin blind so to speak...I've had a small look around and figured out controls etc but can anyone tell me if there is a Quest listing of some sort in-world?? Can't seem to find a button to show what i should be doing once I've spoken to NPC's .So far I've just been killing things and earning some monies.

Any help appreciated....this has potential for me but don't wanna waste my trial just aimlessly killing.

Welcome to the game !!!!

No, there are no quest listing/journals in this game. All has to be done by memory. However, Turbine recently announced they have plans to built in such feature. It is in concept and no ETA is given. We don't know how it will look like.

For this game there are 3th party plugins available. Please see following website:

Some have a questlog built in and some are created only for this option. They are alowed by Turbine. Further more there are websites with write ups of all quests and activities. They have proven to be very useful. One of them is:

Thanx for the replay Lance....I've managed to join a helpful guild or what ever there called in AC and am coming along in leaps and bounds. Looks like someone may be activating the full version.

You can buy Parchment or Books at an Inn and write what your quest is, coordinates, your objectives, what you've completed, and much much more :-). This is what I use. It makes me feel more "in-character", even though I play on Darktide LOL.

I'm on DT and I do the same thing. :) Talk to NPCs, visit barkeeps, and you shouldn't run out of things to do anytime soon.
