I am at my sister in law's house, setting up an account for her son BUT I go to the "image" and type in the letters/number and hit download and I am asked to do it again. I know my typing is bad, but after doing this SEVERAL times I'm sure my typos aren't that bad off lol. We're talking 3 letters and 1 number here peeps! lol.
Is the site down? She is running IE 7. I have the download for the game off the turbine site in back, I just want ot register the boy an account OF HIS OWN!!!!!!! lol!

You prolly want to check the tech help forum here, as well as the online support FAQ (from main site). I'm not sure what your issue might be =/ Are you certain you've gotten the right letters/numbers? sometimes they look really odd, especially zeros and letter o's.

Also, I'm not saying this is it, but it might be IE 7 - I just know I had an issue installing AC at all with IE 7 installed first. If your install is fine and it's just the setting the account you can prolly safely ignore this comment lol

Some people have mentioned having this problem with IE explorer.

IIRC - It is a settings issues. Try poking around and make sure cookies are enabled and that the security settings are low enough. Not sure how low they have to be.
