Sometimes I get to celebrate this holiday. Other times I dont. Overall, it's big waste anyways :(

I like it. I love cooking, and it's a good excuse to make cakes. I made a lot for my afterschool kids, so I'll bring it tomorrow. If I ate all that I enjoyed cooking, I'd be 10x the size I am now :p


But I made mini cupcakes for the kids, my daughter decorated them, and I made a few small individual strawberry cheesecakes for my fellow staff and a larger strawberry cheesecake for my family :)


I honestly love to cook on special occasions. You should see me at Thanksgiving and especially Christmas, lol <3

Ouch thats insane. There are snow records being set up in those parts. Got snow flurries yesterday, nothing stuck which is good because I'm not a snow person.
