graphic problem plz help

Can anyone help ...i have a 7600 GT pci x16 at 256 mb card and yet even fully updated i get jerking and rendering is slugish when i turn around ect, the graphics sort of go out of focus and judery until i stop. This is so frustraiting because it makes my eyes acke watcging the screen as im playing. Anyway i cant play like this so i was hopeing some one will have an answer for me to correct the problem?.
I have played other games and normly everything is smove and as im runing or turning all the buildings are still in focus and not destorted like in this game.
So plz plz help me sort this ???
ps: before you ask i got Directx9.c aswell installed and runing an AMD Athlon 3800+ x64 dual core which is i think equivalant to 5gb ( its runing at 200mhz ) default. i am runing xp home and have 2gb DDR ram at 400mhz Dual chanel at 128 bit.
I should be able to run the game at full spec with no problems

I run a similar system. 7900 GT, X2 4400+, 2GB RAM, XP Pro. I'm using the latest Nvidia drivers, 93.71, and the game runs fine.

My only suggestions would be:
Try updating your drivers.
Try checking "sync with refresh rate" in the game options.
Make sure you're running the game at the same resolution as your desktop or the native resolution of the monitor.
Try lowering the graphics from very high or high to medium or low and see if the problem still exists.
