Retrieving OLD accounts

Hello,
Ive downloaded the trial and really enjoy playing again. I cant help wonder if my original characters on my old account are still around. I cannot seem to retrieve it through turbine or ms zone.

Is it possible to still retrieve characters from circa 2002 that existed before the Turbine takeover? Thanks!

Yes it is. You have to contact Turbine billing support and they can retrieve your old characters for you. There is twenty dollar charge for a successful retrieval. Please see these FAQs:
