Charaters STUCK in game, no help from envoys.

This is the 4th time this has happend on MT in the last two weeks, several people are stuck right now.


Is this ever going to be fixed? or are we going to deal with restarts the rest of the time we play ac?

With increasing frequency, I've been getting horrible green link lag. I can't move, but chat works fine. Packet loss is 30-50% (always below 100%), latency is ???. I can't log out. Only way out is X out.

Then other characters on the same account can log in, but my main gets "One of your characters is still in game..." for 15-20 min.

They are working on it. No ETA for a fix. They have to find the cause. Then find a solution does not make things worse.

Yes, mine just started doing this last night for first time. I can play for about 5 minutes and then everything just stops although mine says Packet Loss is 0 and I appear to have 100% connection but Ping Time is ??? It never goes red or disconnects and the only way out is to stop the acclient.exe in Task Manager. If I try to log back on that character I get message telling me that I have a character in game - please try again later. I can log on to other toons on same account though. After 5-10 minutes I can log back on to that toon and start the process all over again. I finally gave up last night (first time in a few weeks that I actually had a 2-3 hour block of time to play - Bleah!)

I'm having the same issue tonight............anyword on a fix? Another person is also having the same issue, Cutting Edge Furry can't log into his main chars.

Same here atm, i am ingame with a toon and with shiay. no way i could chat or move or whatever.
I don't know why this happens ... If i had a Business running like Turbine, my employees wouldn't leave till the Prob is fixed or i would get outside tech help to please my customers. at least i would advise my team to reply and stay in contact with the customers and work with em to see what effect the things i try have on the problem.
seems to me another game is more important atm.:(

I have the same saving issue only my guy has been stuck out of game for 5 days now.
