View Full Version : Cannot Authorize.

Hello,

I'm trying the trial and whenever I try to login it tells me it cannot authorize me, the knowledgebase says that I need to use my proper password. I am using it (I even changed it, no go and changed it back and still no go.) What can I do to get this to work?

Just to clarify it a bit more, I get to the 'Client File Patching' screen, and get to the Status: Checking for data updates... And it has Downloaded with a black bar when I get a popup saying "Failure: Authentication failed, please try again later. [Okay]"

Help!

Exactly the same thing here, since I installed last night.

Hallo,

Strange failure. Did you contact Turbine about it? Seems the only direct way to solve the problem.

I've contacted their 'Live' TechSupport and they've told me to email 'em, so now I'm waiting for a reply. :(
