Concentrated Aqua Incanta

I have been searching all over to find the concentrated Aqua Incanta, and can not fid them so far. I have found very few places where alchemical items are even sold. Can someone point me in the right direction as to where to find them, or has it been replaced by something else. (Returning to the game after about 3 years) Thanks for any help.

i grew up in the shoushi/hebian area, and I know that the mage in hebian-to sells this item.
There are two mages , it is the one in the smaller building, not the tall tower.

I am sure other mages sell it, like in Martine's Retreat, but I always have purchased my alchemical items in heb.

I thought the Master Sho Mage outside Mayoi sold these as well. But he may just sell the peas.

And another thing that might puzzle you when you check those places provied in the previous post and do not find it, the Alchemical stuff is on the BOTTOM, and you have to move the slider bar down to even SEE Alchemical supplies.
