Is it 30 or 60 days after buying the game?

I have recently began to play again after a two year absence, having left because I was disappointed with both the Xpack, and the lack of players(Yes i know i just added to the problem) But I found out about the Free Trial last month signed up for that, and was once again, well not impressed but having fun. So ?I resubbed my old account from DM. After I resubbed and upgraded it said I did not have to pay until june 27th? Now I'm curious does that mean it's free for 60 for returning players and 30 for new? or did it already charge for one month?

The charge for the first month came when you resubbed. You had to pay to do that.

You paid twice. First you had to pay $12.95 for 30 days to reactivate your account. Next you had to buy an upgrade key. The upgrade key gives you 30 days along with converting your account from Dark Majesty to Throne of Destiny.
