where's my product code??

i'm trying the free trial. login screen asks for a product code. i never got one or am looking in the wrong spot. can anyone help?

When you signed up for the free trial, you had to enter an email address. You should have received an email from Turbine with your free trial key. See:

i got an e-mail from turbine that explained that i entered a name that didn't match my credit card. i tried again with my regular e-mail address. so far, i haven't got a reply. damn it's hard to try this trial.

if i eventually do get on and like it again, do you know if i can retrieve my past characters? i would really like to play my mage and archer again.

You can retrieve your old characters. It will cost you twenty dollars though. You need to know some information on your old MSN gaming zone account. There four FAQs on this subject. Just go here:
