game poping up problem

well i have done everything all the way up to picking a server and i pick one and its opens the game up for a sec then minimizes and when i click on it to open up it opens for a sec the minimizes again anyone know how to fix this ?

That is usually due to having adaware or some other unpleasant software on your PC. They do not like games like AC. AC takes control of the desktop and prevents them getting access to the display. So they minimize AC to prevent AC interfering with them.
