Stuck in Purple Bubbles

My character randomly stops moving then i get DCed. When i try to log back in i get stuck in purple bubbles and cant move or chat in most chat rooms. This happens over and over again - getting stuck in purple bubbles. If i wait 10 min i can get back on but after 5 more it just happens again. Anyone know what to do?

There is issues with the server sometimes. What you need to do is exit the game and log in as an alternate toon. Wait about 10 minutes and your other character should become avaialable.
