Can't log in...problem?

Hey....it's 5/13/2007 1:54 PM EST and can't get the world to appear...just the char screen....show yellow then red on the server light

i got sorta the same problem - I could log in - create a character and then enter the world as the charcter - I'd see the health/stamina/mana bar along the top - the chat bar and other stuff on the bottom and all black in the middle and then it would disconnect saying that it 'lost connection with the server'

Happened every time so far.
