Installation issue

I have downloaded the trial, and when installing I get the following message:

An Error [-5009 : 0x8002802b] has occured while running setup.

please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.

I have tried alomost everything, I can't get the game to install.

I have Windows MCE and running IE 7

I would make sure you are running the installer from an admin account. One thing to note is that Media Center Edition 2005 is not on the list of supported operating systems for AC. The only supported operating systems are 98SE, 2000 and XP.

via live chat when they come in. I personally do not recall seeing ask about issues with the Media Center Edition which probably means there are not a lot of people with this OS that I have tried AC.
