Most Populated World?!?!

Hi!

I'm a returning player.

I currently play on "Frostfell" (as I have always done) and I was wondering which world is most populated?

It's not like the old times on AC where it was crowded and loads of people.

I miss those days and my old friends! : (

DT is the most populated (although I'd guess most of those people are AFK in some form) but it's DT, so its PK there.

FF, MT, HG, LC, TD, and SC are probably all about the same give or take 20-50 players at peak time. WE and VT are much lower, with VT being the lowest.

Can't vouch for which is most populated, but as a new guy coming back I've been impressed with the activity on Solclaim. To be honest, I kind of expected it to be a server-wide ghost town, but (at least on SC) there's a nice activity, and I even run across several players every time I'm on (and mind you, I'm in lower level areas, not the typical powerlevelling spots).

Without wanting to start a discussion (we had too many posts about this subject already) I doubt the numbers you have given (20-50 peaktimes). I don't know from where you have the numbers, but our clan alone has 40-50 active members. And there are some other big clans on Solclaim, not counting several smaller ones.
So please give numbers only if you have a good sources. Beside this fact it is not wise to publish numbers even if they are large. You never know what the expectations of other players are.

He's probably right though Lancelore. Those of us who play on several servers tend to have a feel for how many players are actively playing.

And WE and VT are definitely the lowest populations, sorry.

No I didn't mean that the number of players per server at peak times was 20-50. I'm saying that the difference in # of players at peak times is probably 20-50 on the more active servers (everything but WE and VT). The populations of the original servers & solclaim at peak times are around 250-300 clients connected per server, at least that is what I have read on threads where people used that TPA to find the data.

On 06-26-07 at 3:15PM CST MobTracker gave me these figures. I don't know if it's telling me the total number of people logged in or just the number of people logged in and running MobTracker at the time.

Heh it's pretty late so those numbers are pretty inaccurate. On DT it's usually 400-500. It's the highest populated server. Verdantine is a joke, don't even bother.

Please re-read the very first sentence in the post you quoted very carefully. It gives you the exact time the numbers were taken. I haven't as yet figured out a way to make a forum post auto-update in real time :p Hence the date/time stamp.

yeah, 3:15pm central isn't exactly peak playing hours. Peak is probably around 7-9pm central.
