Old AC veteran...

Hail fellow AC players,

The name's Antimata, and I'm an old veteran from AC that's returned home. I played one day of the free trial and I couldn't help but come back...too many old memories and despite AC being old, it's still the best MMORPG I've ever played.

To get to the point, I'm running around on Solclaim leveling up as I can (with the help of a friendly buffbot I found in Holtburg) and was wondering what guilds are around on this server, and also on Darktide. I'm getting the rust off my bones here before I start playing in my old home of DT as well (I'm especially interested if Blood is still around, since that was the monarch I used to cause mayhem under). I'm currently a level 23 UA character and I ought to be able to hit 50 in the next day or so, I imagine (I can't believe how much easier it is now, but I won't complain).

If any guilds are even interested in a low level such as myself, I promise not to disappoint. I'm a veteran and can take care of myself quite well, and I'll be playing quite frequently. I'd love to get into a group and make some new friends to enjoy AC with (however lame it sounds, it's always more fun with a group).

I can't answer your questions but... welcome back. I have seen a flood of former AC'ers coming back lately. You might try the VN server boards for more information on current guilds on SC and DT.

On Solclaim we have several good monarchies. The one a bit bigger the other a bit smaller. In general all those monarchies have a mature player base, are helpful and tend to group.

The Crimson Knights is one of the bigger ones and has an active player base. We do a lot of group hunting and questing. If this sounds right to you, please feel free to contact us in game or by our website.

Yes Blood is still around but they have strict requirements now (i think you have to be level 160+ to join them), much smaller than they used to be. I believe the monarch name is now Blood' with the ' at the end. Khao is also still around (original name)

Aye I kind of expected as much with Blood, but I'm glad to hear those two guilds are still around. Did something happen to the "Blood" character, I remember there was a lot of inner conflict way back when...

The Blood character was deleted in 2004 I believe, there are rumors to who actually deleted the character circulating but they just added a ' on the end now. For a while I remember it was under either Blood-Tide or Sanguians.

Welcome back Antimata!! So many game mechanics & storylines have changed that AC will probably feel like a new game to you... but many of the old destinations are still intact to trigger old memories.


As far as Darktide is concerned... these are the guilds to look into... Darktide Regulators, Pure Pwnage, Underworld-Dreams, The Select Few, The Fremen Knights, and Blood'.


If you want some people to hunt with at your level, look me up on Bouh or Cyker... or leave a note with my 24/7 buffbot Vanderlai Silva. I'm a member of the 8,000 body strong, Darktide Regulators. We run 2 sometimes 3 bots, and we have quite a few young players & rerolls... so you should easily find some hunting partners.
