View Full Version : Can't Access Authentication Server.

Apparent standard 1st of the month downtime is reflected my my inability to get past Enter once my password and account name is supplied at 10:30 PDT which is 2 hours after it's reported all Turbine services and worlds are up. Anyone else? Or a fix?

Our servers are currently up and tested. Have you tried refreshing your firewall exceptions already? If that doesn't work, could you post your tracert to gls.ac1.turbine.com?

Dykyos. trace looks great.

The fastest simplest way to solve your problem is to call billing. Game login and billing password and board password isn't necessarily the same. Also sometimes billing and game somehow gets out of sink. Sometimes billing will show an ok account but somehow got out of sink with the game. (especially if you let account expire and then renewed it or if your bank just happened to be offline when your sub went to renew. Billing is experts at this type issue and can problably solve your problem in 30 seconds rather thatn you playing with settings for hours.

I have not had to call up billing in over a year but when I did the phone call lasted 45 seconds.

ps sink I know is wrong spelling too lazy to look it up haha!
