ok i get hese 2 errors

the file/fileset RETAILNOBBY cannot be accounted for
the file/fileset PINKY cannot be accounted for


I am runnin XP with onboard video and sound
all criticals updated
killed AC twice with Gamming zone as well
Did a system restore to a time well before this eror ocurred

at my wits end here
pls respond with some type of fix

Hmm.. sounds really specific to some program on the system.
I didn't find any results on those files at all. Was hoping something might pull up on google - nada.

When exactly do you get those errors?
Can you describe the process you take in order to get them?

You said you killed ac/zone, After uninstalling did you delete any folder they left behind?

Also try Clearing out your C:\windows\temp and C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp. Get those folders emptied and try reinstalling.
