AC crashes on login of 1 character

Portalled into lair of evis on ML and it crashed... now it crashes every time I try to login to Rocket's Fire on thistledown, my other toons all work.

help?

It's likely that some of the downloaded data for evis lair has got corrupted somehow. It's rare, but it can happen.

Go into the folder that Asheron's Call is installed (usually C:\Program Files\Turbine\Asheron's Call - Throne of Destiny\) and you should see a file called client_cell_1.dat. Rename this file to something else, such as oldclient_cell_1.dat, and then try logging in the character that's in the evis lair.

What this does is to make the client think it needs to re-download data for anywhere you go, including the evis lair, and it will hopefully download correctly next time.
