connection problems - please help

I have dl'd the latest drivers, the newest DirectX and had PC Config talk to my router, a Belkin wireless but I still can't log in. I can get as far as choosing a character but I then lose connection. There are two other computers on this network. Do they need to be configured, too? Neither of them have AC installed on them.
