Connection problem

Hello.

I have opened ports.
I have verified they are open.

I can get to character login screen, when I try to log in, it loads my character and the surroundings...however i never fully materialize. my router is a netgear 624 model.

Search this forum for "netgear" and consider replacing your router.

Sometimes there are more ports which need to be opened that aren't always suggested. Ask official tech support for them if you can't find them in this forum.

You're probably gonna need to do some experimenting with the security or MTU settings, start an official support ticket if you're unfamiliar with that sort of thing.
