I get a 404 error that directs to this site.. with the cute olthoi eating the page commentary when I attempt to use the Options button from the DevTracker page.

Make sure your browser security settings arn't too high.

They could just be doing maintanence on the page.

I am able to reach the options from most other pages..

It is a peculiarity that when I am in the DevTracker and attempt to go to the Options, that the Olthoi Horde has captured the page..
