One week with no answers, 5 tickets open, One of my account that I can not re-subscribe, no Hot line available...........
what I Found really incredible is that we dont have any message from Turbine on what we can do or when this issue will be resolved....

Yes Unacceptable from a proffessional company.

It's a known issue.

All you have to do is call Customer Service.

I had the same issue and all I had to do was call and it was resolved.

We are aware of the situation and it is being investigated. I have no other information other than that right now.

To call the hot line is not easy especially from Europe. last time i Did not succeed to speak with them after more than 30 minutes waiting.
So i can only pray that they found the issue. Now 15 days that I am waiting...

so what can i Do? yes i know, WAIT!

Actually, it's been a month. If they haven't figured out how to fix it by now, it's probably not getting fixed.

Everyone in AC will have to call in every time to renew their subs.


Maybe it's their new plan to keep people from unsubscribing. I simply find it frustrating.

Im trying to re-sub 3 accts and can't because of the error and my work hours are such that I can't call in,so I guess they are out of luck getting my money,guess I'll go play Warhammer

This story start to be a joke. I have open again a ticket yesterday, and of course no answers again.
I tried to reach during more than one hour the account billing hot line (Not easy from Europe), No success....
I can understand a technical issue, what i do not understand is why they can not simply from their side resume my account...this is amazing.
Honestly I really dont know what I can do....

As I have unfortunately learned.. Customer service for AC is non-existant.


I guess we are supposed to just be glad the game is still around and not expect to be treated like paying customers.

Still have the issue, Still impossible to reach the Billing hot line, still no answers to my tickets..........this is incredible.
Question : a simple one, does turbine still supporting Asheron's call ? just tell to all your customer base your statement.

I suggest, you chat with a live customer service rep during its open hours of 12pm-8:30pm Eastern Time. I had this exact same issue and when I submitted an online ticket I heard nothing back but when I went to the online chat I had it fixed within minutes. As a matter of fact any issue I have had that I dealt with on the online chat system was resolved quickly and very professional. Which I cannot say I have had the same sort of experience when dealing with CS over the phone.

Anyways the link to the page that has the button to talk to an online representative live is:

About halfway down the page is a white button that says chat live now or something to that effect.

i also been waiting for 2 weeks, no responses except bot reply in my email, what is this?
that "resume" button didnt work. what is this so easy for cavemen?

i wasnt thrill to buy a new cd #keys, and they trying to let AC to die slowly by making old account invalids?
i didnt enjoy playing DDO and LotRO that much, it made me very depressed for some reason.

nothing play better than my fav AC2, i missed playing my defender character......, tried Eq2's paladins but they are too gimped, just low end "Jack of Trades" fighter template, but that so wrong.

Our team is still working on the issue trying to figure out what might be casing this to occur.

As far as the response times go from email and such, I will investigate this further and bring it up with our Customer Service team.

Frelorn I know that yu are trying your best, even if i tought that you were a little too much silencious on this issue. I am really surprised that turbine did not make any official statement one month ago (at least on the technical issue)
surprised also to see that no specific process was put in place to help the people blocked (Your hotline as you know is certainly not the right process, at least from france or from any other timezone location).

I am still blocked, and the numbers of my tickets (with no answers) now exceed what is reasonable to send to a Proffessional hotline, so I will stop.

So wait and see

I have been trying to activate my 2 accounts as well. I cancelled both of my accounts b/c some one was trying to get my password, Sub was up on the 28th of October..... I have been trying to resume both my accounts and I get that error as well. How long has this been an issue?

I had an issue with re-subbing, they handled it with a quick phone call. I remember getting that same error a long time ago, then it went away, then it came back again. Just like the errors with joining chat rooms....

I also migrated an account recently, which I did through emails and in relatively short order, especially since I was being difficult and wanted the account copied over a current account that I already had open. They even responded on a Sunday.
