I was just wondering how long people normally had to wait to get things resolved with customer support.
Personally, I am getting really fed up, having an issue open for close to 6 weeks now. Each time there is a response, which I need to supply additional information, it takes another 2 weeks before it seems like it is looked at again.
I recently restarted AC after a very long break, somewhere along the line it looks like a problem occurred on my account, but trying to get it resolved is really making me think I've made a mistake coming back, if this is the normal state of support.
So, is this common, or do I just have an odd situation here ?
