I currently live on campus at college and the only internet available to me is through the university. When I try to log in to Asheron's Call I get to the screen with the two squiggly tubes and the first one fills up but the second never moves. It then stalls for about a minute and informs me that "The connection to the server has been lost!" It always does this and I have not figured out how to get around it.
At my parents house I had a similar issue but I forwarded and opened the correct ports on their router and it fixed the problem. But when I am at my on campus apartment I cannot change any setting on the internet because it is a campus wide network. Please help! I would love to play AC again but I can't get it to work on campus!
Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
