after adding DDO trial to turbine billing account.

my wife did this and now we cant log on her account from anywhere.i added the trial to my account the same way and both games and authentications are working fine for me but she gets aunthentication error.

any help or insight would be appreciated.

lemme add some info to that.

she can use her name and pass to login in to billing.turbine.com and to ddo.it works for both of them but now she gets auth error on ac.

I'm having almost the same problem, except that I upgraded my Lotro accounts Saturday evening with Mines of Moria.

Now i am locked out of AC. On 2 accounts. But can still access Lotro fine.
Not that its a huge deal to me, because my accts are pending cancellation, and the first goes up ithe 20'th.

But unless they can fix it soon, my vassels going to be pissed. You see, she opened another account and leveled it so she could have my villa, we were just waiting out her 15 day timer.

I looked around and saw a couple posts about others having this bug, calling Turbine, and their AC account was moved to a new account, fixing the login issues.

If your going to try phone support, I recommend Monday this week, because the Lotro expansion launches Tuesday, and I expect Turbines phones to be flooded then.

UPDATE: Turbine now has a 'quick' fix for the upgrade/login issue.
I called tech support, and the nice lady had it fixed in 2 minutes, didn't have to create a new acct or anything.

If you need to call, today ( monday ) would be a good time to do it. I expect the phone support to be swamped the rest of the week because Lotro-Moria launches Tuesday Nov 18th.
