Timer on Live Events?

So the global came out about a new live event, and everyone rushed to eastham.

Slightly disappointed because there didn't seem too much difference with last weekend's live event (or is this a timed event?), just another NPC giving out the rewards.

Rewards were, as I heard from other players, about the same, experience and the pack doll.

However, there was another (unique?) title.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a timer of 28 days on the live events....

Now, if the rewards were exactly the same, I could understand.
But, as a title collector, this was to say the least, disappointing.

So, does this count as a live event?
Or is this a repeatable, timed, quest, where the first time the rewards are slightly different then the follow-ups? I surely hope for the last...

I heard the queens request broadcast in Verdintine.So I portalled to Rithwic,ran to Eastham jumped in the portal and was one of the first ones in battle.Then I helped kill guards,then the three big guys that spawned and then helped kill the stalks.after I killed the last stalk I ran back to the group of players that were gathered and was told by some to talk to the rep for rewards.Now comes my problem ,there was no rep there, evidently he or she left so no reward for me.I never did anything but fight until the last enemy died but I guess the Representative had business elsewhere so no rewards for Toran.am very upset over this.It looks like the reps have a timer also.

Its a timed event. Not sure if its a permanent thing or not though but I would guess that its not permanent.

Timer on live event was strange. Different NPC. Different title.

I would have loved to have the title for both events. Even if the other rewards were only one time.

I did help on both attacks therefore I think its only fair to at least get a title for my efforts to acknowledge that I came to the aide of both NPCs.

i think it is only fair that they should post when they are going to be just ONCE so people who have missed every single one can make one

What I don't really get, is there seems to be multiple (at least 2) events that have a chance of being run, and each one has its own 1 month timer. As far as I can tell, the events are relatively the same, however, depending on what pack doll is rewarded, your timer may or may not be up for the event.

I just wish there was a way to tell the difference as to which event is being run, so I know whether to take a main or an alt out there.
