reclaiming my account

I could use some assistance in reclaiming my account. I haven't played in 1.5 to 2 years. Before I left I tied my zone nickname to a passport, and I can't remember the passport at all. I'm on a new computer now, and I don't know how to find out the passport to reclaim my account and renew my subscription. Any suggestions?

i still got my zone name , and cd key number .
