Returning player, Authentication failed...

For 2 days now, every since I resubbed, I get the same message every time i try to log in
Authentication failed, please try again later.
I have read and done every patch and fix for Vista 64 machines I can find on these forums...added everything I can (most patches I don't need. I have played as recently as last December on this machine, the only changes are more ram, up to 6g, and went from 2X - 8500GT cards to 2X - 9800GT SC cards. Worked fine before, Lotro works fine...

Why am I getting this error? Is it AC, Vista, or what?

I just resubbed (after longer than December, though.) and I had to disable Norton to play.

Authentication could fail if your credit card has expired and didn't get updated to the new info. Check your info on the billing page.

Or, if you were short on funds and the monthly charge failed to go through. Check to see if your monthly charge was paid OK.
