Cant update Zone

download fails and tells me to retry later. I uninstalled zone reinstalled and same results!

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok I have now uninstalled zone, ac and reinstalled still get same messages when I click on a lobby. what happens is zone dl box pops up with progress bar then about 5 secs later this message box pops up!

Failed to extract c:/programfiles/microsoftzone/temp/zone.ex_

Ive checked all my browser and comp settings nothing has changed since dling zone/ac files for feb.

You need to clear the internet explorer cache, temp files and the microsoft zone software folders at this point. Uninstalling isn't enough since it doesn't always remove all the files it should.
