I recently went through my desk and I found my original CD for AC. I stopped playing a couple of years ago after I migrated my account. All I can find is the original CD with the subscription number. I tried to enter that number into the system, but it would not take it. I get the following message: The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 20046] .
