I recently went through my desk and I found my original CD for AC. I stopped playing a couple of years ago after I migrated my account. All I can find is the original CD with the subscription number. I tried to enter that number into the system, but it would not take it. I get the following message: The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 20046] .

What do I need to do to re-activate this account?

You should be able to reinstate without entering the product key. If you don't remember your username, or if you're getting the 40001 error then please contact the Account Management department.

It took 9 days to get the 40001 error taken care of on my account, I hope you don't have a LOTRO account, it may take awhile longer.......:(
