I have been trying the last two days to get a trial Account for my brother, however we keep getting the same two errors after filling out all the Account info.

The system was unable to create your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. [ERROR 30003]*The system was unable to update your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.Please try again. [ERROR -2}

I looked it up in the knowledge base and got the following.

These errors which you are receiving usually indicate that your credit card company does not recognize Turbine as an authorized online subscription company. Many credit card companies have tightened their restrictions, especially with online purchases over the past several years due to increasing fraud.

You should be able to contact your credit card company, and inform them that you would like to authorize Turbine, Inc. to charge you a monthly subscription fee.

I called the bank, but they said they were not blocking anything, then i called Turbine billing and they told me it was the bank.....so am lost. could it be anything other then my card blocking it? or should i try giving the bank another call?

Thank you for your time and Sorry if this has been asked.

That error generally means that the card isn't being properly verified for some reason. It could be that the bank isnt' verifying the 3 digit security code from the back of the card (4 digits on the front for AmEx). It could be that the address your bank or card company has for online purchase verification isn't matching the one you're entering in the Turbine system (please note this address may not be your billing address).

If you call the Account Management department, they may be able to try to add the card for you. (They do need to be speaking with the card holder.) Sometimes they can override the system and add the card. Generally if they can't add it, they will get a more specific error message. You can find the phone number in my signature.
