Can't click with mouse.

I got home from work and installed a client patch today, now I cannot click ingame. Note, I was able to play 4am EST no problem.

I can't click out of splash screens, have to hit esc. I can't click to change character or enter world. The mouse moves fine, but since the patch today, I just can't click anything or anywhere.

I tried turning decal off, updating decal, dual client, etc etc. I even tried playing stock. For whatever reason, I cannot click anymore.

Kinda funny problem to me, but I would like to play sometime soon. :/

I'd try renaming your acclient.keymap file (eg. oldacclient.keymap) in My Documents (Documents on Vista) > Asheron's Call folder, failing that try uninstalling and reinstalling your mouse and its associated drivers and other software if any.
