Banned account question.

If your account is banned will it let you sign into these forums? Also will it tell you if the account is banned without actually subbing the account and logging in? I can't tell by my account management section, and I obviously don't want to spend 15 dollars to see that I'm still banned. Anyone know?

I'm really anxious to figure this out because this is my main account and it would be amazing if it was not banned anymore. I was actually never even told why I was banned because I logged into the message (and I'm the only one that plays it). I've sent in numerous tasteful appeals spaced very graciously and haven't even gotten as much as a "No, I'm sorry we can not unban this account". I'm assuming I would've received a message if they did unban it, but with how understaffed turbine seems to be I wouldn't be surprised if I was and wasn't informed. If anyone knows or knows a way to check short of calling, let me know. Thanks.
