Just today I have tried many times to log in, but each time I select a character, select enter, and the game hangs for about 30 seconds.
Then I get the screen for the character, but the connection red links and the client shuts down. I get the following message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error
Runtime Error!
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
I've checked the support forums, but cannot find anything like this.
Any ideas on what to do? I tried logging in a different toon, tried bypassing Dual Client to log in, but still getting the same problem.
