Worth reviving old characters ?

I signed up to the 14 day trial to have another look at the the game I still regard as the best MMORPG I ever played and after playing a new character i can see this is probably going to get me hooked again and take me past the 14 days.

I had a few characters on Harvestgain about 5 years ago and am in the process of seeing if they can be revived but after reading the forum and seeing that characters can now be leveled in days rather than the months i'm wondering if it's worth trying, I would be grateful for some advise. I cant remember the exact level i reached but it was around 100

I just (5 days ago) came back from a long break myself. Depending on how high your characters were when you left and what kinda stuff you have on your old accounts - I'd stick with the new account. In the 5 days I've been back I've been able to hit 110ish without trying to hard.

aye, I have several noobs that are around lvl 100 and just a few days old.

There was a cut-off on bringing characters over to the new system, but I can't remember which year. But, as said, you can level pretty fast. Not sure if you're someone who wants to see the sites along the way though. There's been a lot of additions to the game over 5 years.

I migrated an old account just for the pre-patch items on it. But, if you don't have any emotional attachment to your account/stuff then make a new one. It will be faster not only to level, but to get an account set up. I hear it takes 2 - 3 weeks for a migration right now.

Depending on the characters and what server your going to get. You could be eligable for FoolProof Salvage. I'd Personally Bring back the old account just to have the characters and FP salvage.

I stopped playen sometime after the migration.. an'i just got back into the game, haha. Im curious to see how much has changed; and have a few up there toons Im curious about getting back. hm..
