What quests should a new player start with?

I'm returning to the game with a fresh account, and a fresh character. What quests should I complete as a newbie to level quickly on a NPVP server?

Check out that link, as it's a good idea to learn questing while you're new. But look at it like that...as learning about the quest system in AC. For the most part, quests are an optional thing in AC, even considered a hobby by some. You'll be leveling up primarily by hunting monsters. There is a good leveling guide on the wiki site linked above that should help you hunt your way to the big xp!
