View Full Version : Free Trial Auto E-mailer Broken?

One of my kids wants to try the game and since I'd rather not have them experimenting on my account I want to set them up with a free trial. I go through the process and it tells me an e-mail has been sent with my key... but the e-mail never shows up. It's not blocked, It's not in the spam folder, the e-mail account is valid... but here it is almost 3 days and nothing in the box.

I seem to remember the last time I set up a trial account the e-mail was in the box within a few minutes.

Please check the auto pilot ;)

Try referring your child instead of just doing the free trial. (As a bonus, this may earn you an extra month of play time for free, if your child upgrades.)

Just log into the Account Management page, then scroll down to the link at the bottom that notes "Refer a friend to play for free!"

Click that link, and enter in an email address. Please note that this email cannot be the one on file on the account that you are referring from. However, when you use the key to create an account with Turbine, you can register that with any email address you like.

If that doesn't work, you can email or call the Account Management department for a key.
