View Full Version : Unable to log into Passport

On one of my computers with an XP operating system, I am unable to log into passport with any AC account. These same accounts work fine on my other computers. I've been all over the Passport website in search of help, and I can only find the canned stuff and FAQ's. I keep getting an authentication error which loops me back to the login and gets me nowhere but around and around.

If anyone can help, I'll be very thankful. If someone can point me toward interactive technical support for passport, that'd be great too!

I can not log into passport services either. I am running windows ME. I get directed to a blue screen that says I have reached this screen due to an authentication error. Everything worked just fine last night!
