One of my characters is unable to stay in the game.

My main character is unable to stay in the game, I have been helped by numerous +envoys they have asked me to change the radius on login, deleteing my cell.dat and also teleporting me but unfortunatly my character cannot remain ingame.

I was asked to call the customer service number but as I only have a mobile phone and it would be an overseas call I am not keen on waiting in a queue. Is there nothing I can do or that can be done to fix my character or will I really have to call the number?

There isn't enough information in your post to give much help. The usual steps are to delete the cell.dat, defrag the harddrive and run other disk maintainence tools, and start the game.

When you say you can't get ingame does that mean you stay ingame for a bit and leave, do you time out before fully materializing or what? Can you chat, see the motd or does it fail before loading that part as well?

As always, start with a clean setup with no third parties running just to reduce the potential for conflicts even if the other characters load fine with decal active.

When I posted this the only character that wouldn't log in was my main, now I am having trouble logging in at all. I had been running AC on the same computer and none of my settings have changed but since this previous patch I cannot stay in game at all. My character loads up into the world on some of them they manage to stay in the world for around 10 minutes but my main doesnt seem to load up at all I just get a disconnected from the server message.

I called the customer service number but nothing seems to have come of that. If nothing has changed on my connection or my computer surely this means that there has been a change within the game???

Why pay for something that wont work, this is rather frustrating as I spend money for the right to play this game. Is anyone else having a similar problem to me?

I have deleted ac, reinstalled all the files, I have no 3rd part apps installed. I have been teleported by admins asked to reset my radius. I ran Disk clean up, defrgar, anti virus software,a nd still no change?

I would like some kind of response, is this due to my computer or is anyone else having this problem?? I cannot see how it is due to my computer as I have not changed anything on it since updating.

^^^ same thing is happening to my main i cant seem to stay in game very long then game crash's to desktop then i cant logg into my main only my othere charcaters on that acount kind of weird it works fine on my other pc

my friend is having the very same problem trying to load up my 2nd account on his computer. on my computer i can do it fine, just not on his. he actually got banned from Morningthaw for trying so many times. he just goes in and comes out. ive never broken the CoC on either accounts and now im banned from Morningthaw because he was persistent and kept logging in and out and in and out and in and out.........

thanks for the replies, another strange thing is that on one of my characters I can stand at the lifestone and run around there, give others items, tink etc, but once I start to go near any kind of combat situation I get a server disconnect.
