Last night while on the Blackmire Temple quest, I had pings in excess of 100K and even froze up completely for 5 minutes in the trials portion of the dungeon. Everything on screen froze up from my point of view and I could not send or receive any general or fellow chat. Oddly enough, I was able to chat with my monarch, who was also on the quest, through allegiance chat (probably because it is run on an IRC channel external of AC). I even took advise from someone in my fellow to turn off Decal but that did not help. I had absolutely no problems anywhere in the game except in the Blackmire Temple dungeon especially near the trials section. Once my fellow completed the trials, the lag went completely away.
Is this a video problem? Should I change any rendering settings? I would like to try this quest again without the lag since it did sould like a fun one. Thanks for any help that anyone can provide.
