i am having same trouble i have lost hours of playing time like this i'm not going to pay for something i can't use

Im havin the same problem, the passport sign in button isnt showing up.

It is currently a Microsoft problem. Turbine has no control over it. Been down since about 3pm est. No eta on when microsoft will have back up. Cant even check hotmail.

Has M$ updated anything at all on this terrible problem? I'm starting to get impatient.

yes they do they could not use passport!

well okay yeah they could not use passport, but currently they do. So we just wait..and wait..im gettin frustrated myself.
